Thanks to everyone who showed up for the ARMA session. It was a lot of fun. I'll be sure to post here when we plan another one.

I didnt get to be involved very long since I got home late from work and then had 'family' obligations to attend to but what I DID participate in was informative and fun. PD's got a great group of friends and did an excellent job setting up some good solid maps with plenty to work with and do to get a sense of the ArmA II universe.

I look forward to future classes and am actually excited now to get more time in with this game.

Thanks Rigger. I think I'm going to shoot for Thursday night instead of Wednesday. I had promised to take my wife out to dinner on Wednesdays. So she wasn't exactly happy about last night. :) I look forward to getting Dred in there too. He finished his download right when we were ending mission for the night. LOL

I've had an interest in Arma-II and I pulled the trigger on purchasing it today on Steam. I'll be trying it this weekend. I don't have much time during the week. I'm covering squadron commander duty next few weeks for my CC and it keeps me at the base a lot more. I'll try and catch your next orientation PD. Thanks

If you want ArmA II and the Operation Arrowhead stand alone you can purchase the 'combined operations' set.

While it may sound odd have you guys ever considered doing an in game group podcast / game review in regards to the latest ARMA 2 expansion? :)

Well got the demo running on the new rig, works great! Need to get team speak, and learn how to play this game lol.

Though am waiting to hear back from a friend whos going to assist with the purchase via steam, since I forgot that steam hates expats in regards to billing / purchases...

Thank god for the gifting system though!

Will keep you all updated, in the mean time demo bootcamp for me
