I might add that I don't care too much for the first person view while running in ARMA 2. I only use first person for flying. You can fully adjust the run bob down to nothing, but I still prefer the third person over the shoulder view in this game.
OA has three speeds, slow walk while aiming, run, and sprint. When I enter a city, I'll hit my "toggle run and walk" button twice. (I programmed my left shift for this) This makes the "w" now
walk while aiming instead of
jog, then ill hold my right mouse down which will zoom in. Now I'm ready for someone to pop around the corner and POW I'll knock'em down quick. If I want to move rapidly while in the walk mode, I'll hit the "w' twice for a quick sprint, then let go and press again to return to a aiming walk zoomed in. It's bad ass.
I'll have to re-install fraps and make a "how to move in OA" video. I think you'd enjoy it.
