Teamspeak is a much better comm than the in game voip. I've use it for years and you can be so much more efficient with ingame ops. A great plus also is it gets you close up and personal with the other members. It really can bring a clan together and can create great friends. The sooner the better.

You guys are more than welcome to use mine until yours it set up. It runs on a dedicated server and has a very high uptime as seen here in the stats:

It's running TS2. We won't switch to 3 until it's out of beta.
