- Joined the Navy when I was 19 after realizing community college wasn't really something to brag about at my high school reunion.
I signed up as a PR but spent my first year in with ASF, mainly because I look sexy holding a 12 guage at the gate. Still have the taste of OC on my tongue also.
My first command was a test and eval squadron in Pax River. Pretty boring although the low level H-60 rides were intense. Oh and we did manage to get the highest DUI rate the entire time I was there... Not sure if that's bio worthy(?)
Anyway.
Spent a year and a half in Maine freezing off important appendages and crossing the pond "on the reg" to various locations. Some of which were amazing, some shitty, most classified. You know how that goes.
I now reside in Jacksonville FL where I continue to serve my country, question the authority of my superiors, spend hard earned tax dollars on video games and child support, and have the time of my life doing what I love.
