I took a Fraps updated retail and it works well on my computer finally.
However it slows down my game play and gets me killed when I am recording it. I don't know how to explain it. The frame rates range from like... 170 on down to 40 in intense battles.
When things bite and slow down while recording, the time it takes for me to aim a RPG at a enemy in a window across a Sector Map is the time it takes for the same enemy to notice and headshot me.
What can I do to harness Fraps so that it can record without slowing the game down to me?
It's almost I don't want to bother to record at all because it gets me killed.
