Hey guys,
Hope everyone had a good safe holiday. Hopefully everyone got their share of electronic goodies too. For those of you that have played/received/seen Gran Turismo 5 you know that in HD they have some beautiful detailed cars. Some websites have taken note that when you take these amazing machines in wonderful detail and couple it with an excellent photography mode and nerds with a lot of free time you can get some stellar images. I'm looking to get into one of these contests and have taken a few pics to submit.
It'll let me submit up to three, so let me know what you guys think.
#1 (http://img560.imageshack.us/i/bernmarketstreet1.jpg/) - 922hp Ferrari Enzo
#2 (http://img522.imageshack.us/i/ahrweilergate.jpg/) - 684hp Ferrari 458 Italia
#3 (http://img704.imageshack.us/i/ahrweilerstreete.jpg/) - 856hp Lamborghini LP670-4 SV
#4 (http://img249.imageshack.us/i/alaskasnow.jpg/) - 360hp Lancia Delta (Snow Jump)
#5 (http://img522.imageshack.us/i/bernmarketstreetf.jpg/) - 989hp Dodge Viper GTS
#6 (http://img688.imageshack.us/i/kyotogiony.jpg/) - 801hp Nissan GT-R
#7 (http://img547.imageshack.us/i/thetopgeartesttrack.jpg/) - 878hp Mercedes AMG C63
The AMG and the Lancia are "action shots" and the rest are taken in the photo mode. Pictures #2, #3, and #4 are taken with no artistic changes. All the other pictures have modifications done to the image, including filters/shutter speed/exposure and so on. For those of you unfamiliar with the game, there are premium cars and standard cars. Premium cars get the full treatment as far as detail and modeling, while standard cars leave a lot out. The Lancia is the only "standard" car on this list, and is only included because it's about 30 feet in the air in the snow.
If you think I should include a different car, I have an extensive modded garage of around 200 cars and have the time to do it. Let me know which pictures you like, if any, and any suggestions you may have.
Thanks.
