Call of Duty Elite: Behind the Scenes – “Improve” Feature

A new behind the scenes trailer is available from the crew at Activision/Infinity Ward/Sledgehammer. In the second video of their “Behind the Scenes” look into the Call of Duty Elite service, they focus on the ‘Improve’ feature. This add-on, billed as the “ultimate strategy guide”,  is designed to help gamers be better Call of Duty players.

In my opinion, this is a great idea. Sometimes new players can be overwhelmed when they come aboard a title where established veterans rule the field. Black Ops had Combat Training, so taking this one step further with a dedicated web app is a great idea.  Call of Duty Elite is in semi-closed beta currently, and is set to go live with the launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on November 8th, 2011.
